Based on Gabriella Walter’s Inferno Hot Pilates, this class is fast paced, high intensity and low impact. Practiced to upbeat music, it will rock your core, help you lose weight, gain strength and get results fast. Get ready for a bunch of fun!

Got a busy schedule? These one is for you! We packed everything we love about House HIIT into a 45 minute class! Get the same amazing results and jump back into your life.

House HIIT+ & House HIIT+ 45

House HIIT+:

Do you want to lose weight, get stronger, and get results quickly? Our House HIIT+ class adds resistance bands and weights to increase your cardiovascular health even faster. Build strength, mobility and pump up your workout.

House HIIT+ 45:

Just like in your House HIIT+ class , you use bands and weights to get the heart rate up there. Build stamina, endurance and get results fast in this exciting 45 minute mini class.

HIIT Fusion

A mash-up of HIIT and Yin which will push your edge in a whole new way!

What you can expect: 1 hour class featuring a classic HIIT workout with glut activation, core strength building and cardio. Mobility work and holds are also added into the mix. The class wraps up with 15 minutes of yin practice to stretch out the areas you worked during HIIT.

House Buti

Activate your deep core muscles, get your cardio and yoga on in one swoop. Buti yoga is a blend of beat driven Vinyasa, plyometrics, primal movements, and spiral structure movement.

House Yoga & House Jams

House Yoga:

We shortened the classic hot 90 and made it doable for everyone, no matter what your schedule is like! The same healing and therapeutic postures as the original 26 & 2, but most of the postures are only practiced once or with a flow. This is a 60 minute class where you can sweat, move and heal.

House Jams:

Same postures as the classic 90 minute Bikram but practiced at a quicker pace with awesome tunes playing. Fall into a trance with the music, move your body and get in a good sweat. Limited instruction provided.

House Yoga+

This one puts a fun twist on the original 90 minute Bikram. Practiced to music, fun variations are offered in the second set to challenge your practice and help you feel strong, try something new and feel amazing.

Flow To Yin

Ramp up your workout for the first half of class with soothing music in the background, this yoga flow is athletic and challenging. It helps you build strength, improves flexibility and brings peace to your day.

Wind down at the end of class with a sample of Yin yoga! It is a slow practice where seated poses are held for a longer period of time than your average yoga pose. Yin encourages you to slow the body and mind.

House Yin

A slow restorative yoga that focusses on building mindfulness through holds and breath-work. Open up your joints, increase range of motion and reconnect with yourself through stillness. This is the perfect class for a rest day or a follow up to a more active class, like House HIIT or Vinyasa.

P.S - 1 or 2 yoga blocks are needed for some of these classes.

House Barre Flow +

Get your whole body working with this Barre inspired pilates class. It's the perfect low impact workout to build strength, improve your core and still fit in some yoga. It is a total body workout that targets hips, glutes, abs and arms.

Light weights and props are used in class.
