HOT PILATES CLASSES

HOUSE HIIT
Based on Gabriella Walter’s Inferno Hot Pilates, this class is fast paced, high intensity and low impact. Practiced to upbeat music, it will rock your core, help you lose weight, gain strength and get results fast. Get ready for a bunch of fun!
HOUSE HIIT+
Do you want to lose weight, get stronger, and get results quickly? House HIIT+ adds resistance bands and weights to increase your cardiovascular health even faster. Build strength, mobility and pump up your workout.
YOGALATES
The perfect combo! A vinyasa based class with a focus on core strength with some simple Pilates movements mixed in. It's one knock-out practice. It will strengthen your legs and get your heart rate up there.. You are going to work your CORE, build stability and have so much fun while getting an incredible work out!
YOGALATES+
An amped up version of Yogalates with the addition of weights and bands! Perfect for beginners or advanced practitioners. As always, weights are optional. You can still get a killer workout if you choose to forgo the weights!
