1.  Create a realistic schedule! 

Reaching your goals is so much easier when you’re honest with yourself about what you can make happen. Set yourself up for success by taking baby steps towards your dream schedule. Maybe you start with one or two days a week and work from there. 

2. Call in the task force

We know life can get hectic but there are ways to make space for you! Ask the folks around you for support. Can someone help you get the kids to school so you can get to an early bird class once a week? Maybe you do take out or meal prep in advance? Get creative with it and you will find that you have time!

Sign up for class and you’ll receive auto emails/ texts to remind you! You can synch these reminders with your calendar for extra accountability!‍

4. Make It Happen

Just get to your mat… and keep doing it. No matter what you feel, show up for yourself.
